Blueberry Yogurt Parfait

In an attempt to get healthy after having Jay I decided that I should probably switch my nightly dessert from a milkshake to something a little more substantial. That's where this lovely parfait comes in handy! It has the protein and probiotics offered by the yogurt. Fiber and whole grains from the granola and flax-seed, and the rich antioxidants from the blueberries  I really don't think it can get much healthier, can it? But let's be real honest. My favorite part is when I get to stir it all together and the blueberries turn everything purple! Yes, that is the best part! I am a kid at heart after all. 

Ingredients:
3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup vanilla granola with flax-seed (by archer farms @ target $.99!)

Directions:
Mix above ingredients together for one healthy, yummy, delicious dessert!
