Mixing Prints and Kluster Shop

So these are the kinds of pictures that get taken when you just got done running 4 miles while 21 weeks pregnant, and then you realize you don't have a blog post ready for the next day. Luckily for you guys you can only see me, and not smell me in these pictures. While we're on the topic of working out, does anyone else get mildly disappointed when they run for the first time in about 6 months and then when they get off the treadmill their legs don't instantly look like Carrie Underwood's? I keep waiting for that day to happen.

If you want to get an idea of how fast legs can swell during pregnancy, take a look at this post from just last month. I've gone from sticks, to baby tree trunks in about a month. I've learned to just accept it. My body retains water like no other during pregnancy and these pictures are actually a really good day for me. I've already had my first of many days to come, where my ankles were completely swollen over my socks and shoes. I have really bad circulation in my legs that often leaves me in pretty bad pain. Most days I have to elevate my legs for a couple hours to reduce pain and swelling. After talking to my doctor we both agreed it would probably be a good idea for me to start exercising more regularly to help blood flow.

On a different note- see this this bracelet I'm wearing? It's from Kluster Shop. They were one of the sponsors for the NC Blogger Buzz this year and all the bloggers that attended got to pick one item from their shop. Knowing I'm a sucker for all things bright green, it was love at first sight when I saw this Clover Bracelet in Green Magnesite. This bracelet adds the perfect pop of color to any spring look! Kluster Shop also has a wide variety of earrings and necklaces too, so you should definitely check them out!

  7. I know what you mean about working out - I always expect that the results will be a lot quicker than they actually are, but keeping at it is the important thing. Loving your blouse, it's so pretty :)

  8. Love the outfit and I think it's awesome you're running! I love it but the frequent potty stops make walking a much better option during pregnancy. Keep it up, swollen ankles and all!
