Hot Tools 1in Curling Iron First Impression and Review

For those of you who know me, you know I wear my hair air dried, down, and straight 99.9% of the time. My hair doesn't typically curl well, but this curling iron has made all the difference for me! You can check out my review video below, and don't forget to give it a thumbs up! I'll be back next week with another video, and hopefully I'll be more used to filming myself and will be a little less awkward haha... I promise I'm kind of funny and what not in real life...

Also, if there are any products or things that you want me to try out/review leave a comment, or email me, and I'll try to make it happen!

  1. Your hair looks great! I feel ya with the straight, oily hair (wasn't super oily until my pregnancy)... I use soft curlers with hairspray to keep the curls because, unfortunately, even with your technique, my hair won't hold curl!

  2. Wow! I just used your technique to do my hair and it worked so much. I have layers in my hair so this is perfect. Thanks for the tip. I will be using this method from now on. PS, have you tried dried shampoo, it is amazing!!!

  3. I forgot to mention. After you are finished curling your hair, try Shea butter curling cream. I got mine at target. I am sure there are others that work great too, but the Shea butter gives your finished hair a healthy shine and makes your curls just bounce and stay in place. Hair spray can make hair stiff. Highly recommend the Shea butter. Crunching your curls up with it aso gives your hair a nice peachy look thats very voluminous. You got really nice thick hair. :-)
