The Leather Leggings

If you've been on the internet at all in the last 18 months, you know all the fashion blogging people have been all about leather leggings. At first they were a, "I would never wear that", kind of thing for me. Then I saw Janssen wearing them, and because I strive to be like her in more ways than one... I decided I needed a pair too. I held off on buying them for months and months because I could never any that were cheap enough. I know myself enough to know that there was a big chance I wasn't going to like them, and I wanted to only be out less than $20 on something I may only wear once.

When I was at Target looking for new tights for church a few weeks ago, I saw these leggings for $16.99 and I had to take them home with me. It was a done deal. I wore them for the first time the day I made this Valentine's Day pom-pom pillow and Derek told me, "those are not pants", which basically meant I didn't want to be seen in public in them at all after that. But then I got the guts to wear them to a party on Saturday night and they were well received. So now you know way more about me and my relationship with leather leggings than I'm sure you were ever intending to know.

  1. Those are way cute and great price for leggings that look like real leather. I think the real leather ones go for hundreds.
