One of our favorite snacks are Goldfish® Crackers. This obviously shouldn't be too surprising since all kids love them, but when we eat Goldfish crackers, we also want pretzels, and craisins, and every other snack in the pantry. I don't know why it's taken me this many years of parenting to whip this snack mix together, but here I am to share it with you today.
The great thing about this snack mix is that it takes all of three minutes to put together, and you can get all the ingredients at your local Walmart. I love that it also makes a huge batch so you can put the leftovers into an airtight tupperware container and you can snack on it for a couple weeks until your kids eat it all.
For my snack mix I bought the 30oz Bulk container of regular Goldfish Crackers from Walmart, along with the pretzel goldfish, peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, unsweetened coconut, craisins, and cocoa dusted almonds. But the best part is that you can add or remove whatever ingredients you like and make this to best suit your family and their taste buds. I love this snack because it has everything my kids like for snack time all mixed together, and I can get it on their plates in .3 seconds. A win-win snack time solution right there.
4 cups Goldfish crackers
1 cup pretzel Goldfish crackers
1/3 cup each:
cocoa dusted almonds
white chocolate chips
peanut butter chips
Combine all the ingredients together and then store in an airtight tupperware container for up to one month.
