How I Feed My Family of Four on $200/mo

I've always been really good at keeping our grocery budget as low as possible. Over the last year though, I found it really hard for myself to stick to this $200 limit that I had set for myself, and decided to increase my budget to $400. The month after I made that jump, I found Swimmer Turned Triathlete's Youtube channel. She feeds are family of 6 on $200/mo, and I thought, "If she can do it, so can I!", and so I made a couple changes, and I easily found myself back at my $200/month goal. Here is a video I made over the weekend where I talk about all my tips and tricks for keeping that grocery bill down! Let me know what you think in the comments below! There have also been a lot of popular questions answered on the comment thread on Youtube for this video, so head on over here to read the comments if you have more questions after watching!
