Weekly Menu Plan Jan 13-19

Everyone gave such great feedback to last week's menu plan that it was super motivating to continue on in the cause. This menu plan is for the upcoming week, Monday through Sunday. I've included meals for breakfast lunch and dinner, with side options as well. We really do eat lots of the same things over and over again in our home. This helps to keep the grocery bills lower by having repeat meals throughout the week!

I try to give fun dinner ideas for every night of the week. These are all kid friendly meals and healthy dinner ideas that have an average prep time of 15 minutes to 20 minutes. The meals that take longer can be done in the slow cooker to save you time.

I've also included a few easy side dishes. I find even planning the side dishes ahead of time makes cooking at home so much easier when you know what to prepare ahead of time.

D: Chicken Potatoes and Broccoli (Roasted at 350 on a sheet pan with salt and pepper for 25 minutes)

L: Tuna w/ celery
D: Salmon Broccoli and Potatoes (Roasted at 350 on a sheet pan with salt and pepper for 25 minutes.)

B: Waffles with Fruit
