This is my second time joining up with this lovely group of bloggers for the How We Wore It party. I love these posts because we usually get a style inspiration picture, and then we have to make it our own. I love that it gives me inspiration to pair colors and pieces together that I wouldn't normally wear. This month we were given this picture from Chic Street Style, and while I never would have thought to put purple and orange together previously, I just loved it so much.
As you know, I've been totally obsessed with ThredUp so when I saw this month's picture I headed over to find a cardigan to wear with my purple gingham shirt and was delighted when I found this J. Crew one for all of $21 bucks. I was worried that I wouldn't get that much use out of it because it's so bold, but I've already worn it about nine different times with about three different shirts, so it's more than earned it's keep in my closet.
Jeans: Old Navy
Booties: Payless (similar)
