Best Kitchen Gift Ideas

The best kitchen gift ideas for that special person who likes to craft new recipes in the kitchen. Your family and friends will love these kitchen gift ideas.

The holiday is upon us, which means it's a great time to catch a holiday sale on some of the best kitchen gift ideas. When Derek and I first got married we had too many kitchen appliances, and most of them we never used. A quesadilla maker, a rice cooker, a really awful blender that never blended anything. So when we did our first cross country move, I purged most of them, and then over the years have slowly purchased things that we really love, and use on a weekly basis. Some of these are old and have stood the test of time in our home, and some our new, that I really love!

The Best Kitchen Gift Ideas:

Songmics 2 in 1 Trash Can: This is literally the #1 thing on my Christmas list this year. It's a more affordable option to the Simple Human trash can, and I love that it has two sides, one for trash and one for recycling. You know you're almost 30 when you want an overpriced garbage can for Christmas.

Keurig Mini: We actually just bought this, but I love it so much and use it everyday! We bought some dark chocolate k-cups, and this reusable k-cup pod on amazon which you can fill with tea, cocoa, cacao, or coffee, and it totally saves the environment too! It's on sale on amazon right now, for $57 which is the cheapest I've seen!

Kitchen Aid Blender: I was in a test group for this new blender from KitchenAid, and it is amazing! It's better than the Ninja that I had several years ago, and many people in the test group with me said it was better than their Blendtec's and half the price! I can't say enough good things, we love it!

Crock Pot: Derek and I have had this Crock Pot since we got married and it is still going strong! We use it a few times a month, and every time we do, I'm so glad we have it!

Instant Pot: We actually don't have an Instant Pot, but I am wanting to get one! I love these pretty Pioneer Woman ones from Walmart, and have it on my Christmas List!

Pancake Griddle: We used to have a small pancake griddle that we didn't love, and was super gunky, so we got rid of it. We upgraded a couple years ago to this 26in long one, and we love it so much. We can make 6-8 pancakes at once, and breakfast goes so much faster.

George Forman Grill: I bought this for a blog project a couple years ago, and we've used it so much. Again, we have the bigger version as opposed to the traditional mini one, and it is so nice to be able to get all the food cooked at once, instead of in batches!

Waffle Iron: Derek had a really nice waffle iron before the two of us got married, but it had gotten really gross and hard to clean and so we replaced it with this smaller, more basic one, and I really love it. It cooks the waffle and gets the job done, and outside of that, I don't think I can ask for more.

Hand Mixer: During one of our moves we had to pay were pound of things we were moving and so we sold our large KitchenAid Stand Mixer with the intention of repurchasing when we got there, and then we never did. I replaced it with this hand mixer and have never really had the desire to get a stand mixer after. I actually really love making my bread by hand, and this mixer can do everything else that I'd need it for.

Cuisinart Food Processor: Our old food processor broke over the summer and my mom bought me this for Christmas this year. We haven't used it yet, but I'm really excited. This has a 4 cup base, and chops, grinds, and purees.

Toaster: Derek and I went through five years of marriage without a toaster. Yes, five years. Now that we have this super basic one, it seems like such a luxury to not have to toast bread in our oven anymore.
