I also love that this lasagna recipe doesn't involve cooking the noodles ahead of time, because I'm lazy. The fact that liquid from the pasta sauce cooks the noodles during the baking process is the best thing ever. If you're in the need for a quick set it and forget it weeknight meal, I reccommend this one!
We used Mezzetta pasta sauce for this recipe. I love their new line of Napa Valley Homemade Sauces. We used the caramelized onion flavor for this recipe, but you could easily change it up and use any of their great flavors for this recipe!
Also, Mezzetta is giving away a perfect pasta night kit over on their site, so head on over and check it out! While we're on the topic of giveaways, I'll be self hosting a $30 paypal cash giveaway so that you can experience all the amazing flavors of Mezzetta Napa Valley Homemade sauces.
