Hearty Beef Stew

Last month I made a ton of freezer meals which was awesome because every time I've had to make dinner since then it's been a matter of just taking it out of a bag from the freezer and putting a big massive frozen block of food into the crock pot and just waiting for it to be cooked. This was the last meal that we had from the freezer meals and it was yummy! I'm doing round 2 of freezer meals tomorrow night, I'm really excited about it! I have all my meals planned, the grocery list made, and the price matches done for Walmart! It's going to be a thrilling adventure! 

Hearty Beef Stew
Ingredients:
1 pound beef stew cubes
4 carrots, sliced
4 red potatoes, cut into large cubes
1 package dry onion soup mix
2 cans 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (10 oz) package frozen green peas
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a resealable gallon-sized freezer bag. Mix together and zip bag closed. When ready to eat, remove from freezer and thaw in fridge for 24 hours. Cook on LOW for 7-10 hours (or HIGH for 5-6 hours).
