Over the summer I had the opportunity to work with Wet Ones on a project and it was the first time I had used their wipes before. I remember I was wiping down the table one evening when Derek came home and he could smell the amazing scent of the citrus wipes and demanded to know what was filling our home with what might have been the greatest scent he had ever smelled. He then sat on the couch for five minutes holding/smelling a wipe because they were that good.

When we ran out of our first stock pile of wipes, I forgot to repurchase them, and went back to wiping everything down with baby wipes again. Last week I told Derek, "I think we should go back to using Wet Ones wipes again for cleaning because we're just wasting baby wipes... and the other wipes are actually meant for cleaning." Derek agreed, but I think he was mostly excited to have the awesome smelling wipes back in the house.

The New Year always brings out the desire to clean in me, and I know it's like that for many people. Especially teachers. Once Christmas break is over you're sending your kids back to school right in the middle of flu season. I also know that January is a time when teacher's supplies from the fall are starting to get depleted, so send your child back to school with a little gift of Wet Ones wipes for their teacher, and classroom. Our family loves the fresh citrus scent, and that they kill 99.99% of germs.

Below I'm sharing an easy tutorial on how you can dress up a canister of wipes, or a pack of Fresh Scent Hand Wipes from Target to gift to your child's teacher as they head back-to-school this week. Right now at Target when you use the Cartwheel app, you can get 15% off Wet Ones travel packs, or Wet Ones Big Ones!

Supplies:
2 different colors of card stock
paper cutter
scissors
tape
pen
Decorative label printable (here)

Directions:
Print out your labels and then cut them into big enough strips that they fit in your paper cutter. Cut them into circular shapes and set them aside.

Using the bottom of the Wet Ones canister on the back side of one of your pieces of card stock, trace a circle with your pen on the paper using the canister. On the other color card stock, flip the canister over and trace a circle using the top. The container is different sizes on the top and bottom, so this will give you two different sized circles. Cut out the circles and then continue onto the next step.

Using tape, stick the decorative label onto the smaller card stock circle, and then using tape again, adhere those to the larger circle, an then adhere it to the Wet Ones canister.
