Honey Chicken

Another pinterest inspired dinner at the Flamm's! I wasn't feeling well today so I wanted something that was quick and easy and didn't need a lot of tending to. It tasted good, but I think next time I would go for a reduce sodium soy sauce to cut out some of the saltiness.

3/4 pound chicken (of your choice)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup ketchup
1 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 375°. Cut the chicken into tiny cube pieces and then salt and pepper them. Place in an 8 x 8 pan. Mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, veg. oil, garlic, and red pepper in a bowl. Then pour sauce on top of the chicken. Bake for 25 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes, and then finish baking. Serve over rice!
