I made some cupcakes for Memorial Day and everyone really enjoyed them! But every time someone ate them they kept asking if they were homemade or if I had made the frosting, and every time I had to embarrassingly tell them that I'm a cheater and that it was a can of frosting a box mix! So I decided to make some more cupcakes today (from a box) but I decided to make my own frosting! It was super easy and it cam out really tasty!
mmm... who needs cake when you can just have frosting?!
Ingredients:
4 cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons milk
4 tablespoons softened butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Throw everything into the mixer and mix until its all smooth and creamy, and then put it in your piping bag, (or in my case a ziplock bag with the corner cut off) and go to town!
