Buffalo Chicken Salad!

Oh hey! Remember when I used to blog over here religiously?! & then I got pregnant and it slowed down a little, and then I had a baby and it pretty much stopped!? Well, I'm back, hopefully, and here to bring you more and more delicious recipies! So for my first day back in forever! I'm going to leave you with this yummy salad that I made for lunch one day a couple weeks ago! It's delicious! 

Ingredients:
1 pound boneless skinless chicken
1 TBSP plus 1 tsp divided
1 10oz package of salad greens
2 stalks of celery
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles 
1/4 cup shredded cheddar 

Directions:
Heat a large non stick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, cook and stir for four minutes, or until done. Stir in 1 tbsp of hot sauce. Cover platter with salad greens, top with chicken, cheese, and remaining hot sauce! Then enjoy your amazingly delicious salad!
