Baked Boneless Chicken Wings

Today I fought hard so that we wouldn't watch the Super Bowl cause I'm really not into football, but once I realized that it was a fight I wasn't going to win I decided that I could at least make some game day food for the occasion so I tried my hand at some boneless wings, and let me tell you, these tasted SO good! And the best part was that 1. They are baked, not deep fried, and 2. I had all the ingredients all ready!

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 egg
1 cup milk
3 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into long strips
1/2 cup hot sauce
2 table spoons butter

Directions:
Mix the first 6 ingredients together

Combine the milk and the egg together

Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture than coat well in flour mixture, and then back into the egg mixture, and then back into the flour mixture, set on a wire rack over a cookie sheet.

Do this to all of the chicken and then put into the fridge for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400°

Bake 20 minutes on a greased cookie sheet

Melt butter and hot sauce together in the microwave for 30 seconds and then pour into large mixing bowl.

Then stir all the crispy chicken pieces together in the bowl with sauce mixture, then take out of the bowl and let cool on a plate for 5 minutes and then enjoy!
