Tuna Pasta Salad

Today we were invited over to some friend's house for dinner. When they asked us to bring a salad to dinner I said sure no problem, knowing very well there was no salad to be had in our house. Panicking about the thought of having to go to the store on a Sunday, Derek reminded me that salad doesn't always have to be bagged lettuce. I remembered we had some pasta and tuna in our house which started the inspiration for this recipe! Luckily, we had all the other needed ingredients on hand and didn't have to break the Sabbath! Everyone loved this salad and it was basically all gone by the time we took our bowl back home!

Ingredients:
1 can tuna
12 oz pasta shells
3 hard boiled eggs, quartered
3 celery stalks, diced
1 cup mayo
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Cook the pasta according to box instructions. Boil your eggs how you normally do it (there are many methods and I won't say which is best). Once eggs and pasta are cooked, run under cold water until cool and then mix in all the other ingredients and refrigerate until time to serve!
