The Best Bra for Tweens They Won't Hate Wearing

I found the best bra for tweens on Amazon this year after trying a few different options and let me tell you, this is the only one you need.

Option 1 // Option 2 // Option 3 // Option 4

Why Choosing the Right Bra For Tweens Matters:

This is honestly such a strange and hard season of life for girls that were once children and are now figuring out what life is like in their ever changing bodies. The right bra for tweens matters because they're going from not wearing one, to wearing something on their bodies every single day.

I needs to be comfortable, cover well, easy to wear, easy to take on and off independently, and needs to look nice. Helping your child feel comfortable and confident in this phase of life matters!

What to Look for in a Bra for Tweens:

When looking for a bra for your tween, you want something that is soft and breathable, definitely not cotton or anything that can be scratchy. wWire free is best for comfort at this age as well. You also want to look for something that is easy to wash and durable while still offering support without restriction.

The Best Bra for Tweens they Won't Hate Wearing:

When we were purchasing bras for our tween we came across these Salia Girl bras on Amazon and immediately knew we had struck gold. The fabric is super soft, they're laser cut so they have no seams, they come in several different color options and actually cover well. We have purchased 6 of them and won't use anything else at this point.

So many other bras don't fully cover well, they ride up when they raise their arms, require frequent adjusting, etc... we have not experienced any of those things since using this option from Amazon.

They even have a bead of soft silicone around the bottom band to help them stay in place which I think is perfect and necessary for busy and active girls!

Things to Look Out For:

Avoid bras for tweens that have the following features:

  • Thin straps that could risk digging into them
  • Fabrics that are scratchy and uncomfortable
  • Bras with tiny bows that look more childish
  • Bras that aren't very long. The longer the more it won't ride up and stay in place.
