Ingredients:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
2 pork chops
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp butter
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Mix spices together in a zip lock baggie and then add the water and then the pork chops, and then shake them up well
- In a skillet melt the tbsp of butter and then sear each pork chop for 1 minute on med-high heat
- Grease a sheet of tin foil and set the pork chops on it
- Pour the barbecue sauce over the pork chops and wrap them in the tin foil
- place foiled chops on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes
