Legoland Castle Hotel Sleeping Accommodations:
There are many different size rooms you can choose from at Legoland California Castle Hotel. When we stayed there we opted for the room that had one King bed, and then another separate room with bunk beds for the kids to sleep in. I loved having this separation from the kids at bedtime, and it made it really easy for Derek and I to get the rest we needed.They do have standard room options as well such as 1 large king, 2 queens, etc... We have found that when we're traveling with our kids, it just works best for us to have that division of space from the kids, and so we choose to spend our money on those upgrades when we travel.
Breakfast Buffet at Legoland Castle Hotel:
There is a large buffet at the Legoland California Castle Hotel each morning. There is basically something for everyone, and there was never a time where we lacked anything for food in the morning. They have a strict policy that food is not allowed to leave the dining area, so we made sure to eat a lot for breakfast in the morning so that we would stay fueled throughout the day.There were other restaurants in the hotel but they were pretty expensive so we chose to eat out at other places for dinner each night. I have heard that they also do entertainment in the hotel restaurants at night as well, but we didn't attend that so I have no reference point for how fun that is or anything like that.

Each day the room service would come while we were out and leave behind small lego kits in our rooms for the kids to put together. This was such a fun little touch that Kyle particularly really loved and enjoyed. Kinsley was still pretty small when we went and although she enjoyed a lot of the trip, she wasn't really able to put her set together yet, so that wasn't really as much of a highlight for her as it was for Kyle.
