Transitioning Your Dog to Fresh Food:

When transitioning your dog to wet dog food, you don't want to make the switch 100% over night. To ease their tiny systems into it, start by giving them 25% wet to 75% dry for a few days, then up it to half and half, then up it to 75% wet and 25% dry for a few days, and then eventually you can go all the way to 100% fresh food. This will be easier on their stomachs and help them make the transition without complications.
