Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef (I use 93% lean)
1/2 cup diced onion
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
1 14 oz can tomato sauce
2 14 oz cans mild chili beans, do not drain and rinse
1 14 oz can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 14 oz can of corn, don't drain
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Shredded cheese, sour cream, and chips for optional garnish
Directions:
Brown the meat in a skillet, drain off the fat and then transfer to the crock pot. Add in all the remaining ingredients, stir, and then cook on low for 4 hours or high for 8! Serve, and enjoy!

I love making chili! It's so easy to make in the crock pot and it's so good!

DeleteMy daughter has hated any chili I’ve tried to make, except this one. It’s 100% a keeper!!! And it’s really good for parents too!
ReplyDeleteI can’t seem to find chilli beans anywhere- the store says just buy kidney beans but they’re obviously two different kinds of beans...help please!
ReplyDeleteHere is a link to what a can of chili beans would look like! https://shopstyle.it/l/8PuS It says chili on there and is just a combination of various beans in a chili sauce which easily adds lots of good flavor to the chili without you having to buy a ton more ingredients!
