For those of you who know me, I'm a huge frosting junkie. Derek once witnessed me eat half a can of chocolate frosting in one sitting before we were even married. I'm glad he somehow managed to find me attractive enough to want to marry me, cause I can't imagine that being a winning factor as to why he wanted to marry me. That being said, this cream cheese frosting recipe from the Pioneer Woman is to die for! I was going to make her red velvet cake recipe as well but when I went to the store they didn't have everything I needed so I bought a mix for the cake. But the frosting completely makes up for the fact that the cake is from a mix, cause lets face it, the frosting is the best part!
