Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Last month I shared with you a fun spread of food that we had bought for a big tailgating party we were hosting. In that post I also showed you a delicious picture of some Buffalo Chicken sliders that we had made with King's Hawaiian rolls because they're not meant to be sitting on the sidelines, but as part of your main meal. These sliders are the perfect way to bring in the delicious game day spirit, and today I'm finally going to be sharing the recipe with you!

My favorite things about this recipe are that it involves very few ingredients, you throw it all in the crock pot, and then forget about it, and they're super delicious. If you're going to be tailgating at an actual football game, you could easily transport the chicken in the crock pot without making a huge mess. Easily transportable meals are always the best. I also really love that I was able to get everything I needed for this party (including the delicious King's Hawaiian rolls), at Walmart because with two kids in tow, going to multiple stores in one day is usually never really an option.

We really loved eating these leftovers for the 2-3 days after the party. We loved eating them as sliders, or using the extra chicken in Buffalo Chicken salads which were also super delicious! The sky is basically the limit with this chicken recipe because you can use it in wraps, salads, sliders, or even tacos! I may or may not be slightly obsessed with all things Buffalo Chicken.

Ingredients:
2lbs Boneless Chicken
12oz Louisiana Hot Sauce
1 1oz package ranch dressing mix
Cheddar Cheese
Lettuce
Prepared Ranch Dressing

Directions:
Place chicken, hot sauce, and ranch dressing mix in the crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is cooked all the way through. Then remove chicken from the crock pot, shred with two forks, and then continue cooking in the crock pot for another 30 minutes.

When done slice Kings Hawaiian Rolls in half and top with chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and ranch dressing, serve immediately.

This blog post was sponsored by KING’S HAWAIIAN® but the opinions are all my own.
