Gingerbread Pancakes

Did everyone have a good Thanksgiving? Mine was spent with amazing family in Las Vegas! I didn't get a lot of good foodie pictures while I was down there, but let me tell you, the Thanksgiving Buffet we went to... I easily gained 10 pounds and will now be working hard until Christmas to burn it all off, and then wind up doing the same thing all over again after Christmas! Anyways, this morning in honor of the start of the Christmas season I thought I would try my hand at making some gingerbread pancakes! They tasted wonderful!
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon unsweetened coco powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1 egg
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon molasses 

Directions:
-In one bowl mix together the first 8 ingredients
-In another bowl wisk together the last 5 ingredient
-Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until evenly mixed
-Grease a griddle with butter and place over medium heat until hot
-Pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle for each cake
-Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes
-Flip and then cook the other side until golden brown
-Serve hot dusted with powdered sugar or your favorite syrup
